HOW TO COOK LESS-MESS BACON

For perfect, crispy bacon every time, cook bacon in the oven instead of on the stove top.
  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil, lay the bacon strips on the sheet then place in the oven.
  • Cook for 10-20 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your bacon.
  • And voila - perfect sizzling strips of bacon ready to be paired with its new best friend, fresh PEI Mussels!
